Terms of Service

Effective May 15, 2026. These terms govern access to NativeFeel QA, checkout, hosted workflows, and related support.

Use of the service

NativeFeel QA provides workflow software for reviewing generated mobile app screens, native-feel scoring, heatmap findings, accessibility risks, state coverage, repair prompts, and QA exports. You must use the service lawfully and only with content and systems you are authorized to review.

Accounts and authority

You are responsible for account security, user permissions, submitted content, connected workflows, and all actions taken under your account. You must not use the service to bypass security controls, conceal unauthorized activity, or process content you do not have rights to use.

Payments

Paid plans are processed through NOWPayments or another stated payment provider. Prices are shown in USD, and cryptocurrency invoices may involve network fees, volatility, confirmations, and provider rules. Access may begin after payment status is confirmed. Taxes, duties, and accounting treatment are your responsibility unless the checkout provider states otherwise.

Refunds and cancellations

Unless required by law, paid subscriptions are non-refundable after access is provisioned. If a duplicate charge, payment error, or activation issue occurs, contact support@aigeamy.com within 7 days with the invoice reference. We may approve a refund, credit, or correction at our reasonable discretion and subject to payment-provider capabilities.

Product limitations

The service supports QA review workflows but does not guarantee app-store approval, code correctness, accessibility compliance, legal compliance, user acceptance, or absence of defects. You remain responsible for product decisions, testing, release review, compliance, and production operations.

Customer content

You retain rights to the screenshots, prompts, snippets, findings, and workflow data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, transmit, display, analyze, and support the service. You must not submit data that violates law, third-party rights, sanctions rules, confidentiality duties, or platform policies.

Acceptable use

You may not attack the service, overload infrastructure, scrape restricted areas, reverse engineer non-public components, upload malware, interfere with other customers, or use the service for unlawful surveillance, credential theft, or unauthorized system access.

Availability and changes

We aim to operate a reliable service, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages, payment-provider issues, security events, or force majeure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages.

Third-party names

Codex, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Bing, iOS, Android, Figma, Cloudflare, and NOWPayments are names of their respective owners. NativeFeel QA is an independent service and is not endorsed by those owners unless explicitly stated in writing.
