NativeFeel QA provides a hosted quality-assurance workflow for generated mobile application screens. We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the site, provide checkout, respond to support, secure the service, and improve reliability.
Information we process
- Contact and account information you provide, such as name, work email, company, plan, and support messages.
- Checkout metadata handled through NOWPayments, including invoice identifiers, selected plan, payment status, currency, and transaction references. We do not store private wallet keys.
- Product workflow data you submit or connect, such as screenshots, prompts, Figma or HTML snippets, screen labels, QA findings, fix prompts, and export settings.
- Usage analytics such as page views, button clicks, checkout starts, device category, referrer, and UTM parameters.
How we use information
We use data to provide the service, process purchases, generate QA outputs, maintain evidence records, route support, prevent abuse, debug operational issues, measure conversion performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, routing, and analytics storage; NOWPayments for hosted cryptocurrency checkout; LLM providers for analysis if you submit content for scanning; and email or support tools to respond to requests. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their processing.
Customer workflow content
You are responsible for deciding what screenshots, prompts, source snippets, and product materials you submit. Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, regulated personal data, unreleased confidential assets, or third-party content unless you have the right to process it through the service.
Retention
We keep account, payment, support, analytics, and QA records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and preserve security evidence. We may aggregate or de-identify data for operational reporting.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, provider security features, and data minimization. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you should review generated app content before submitting sensitive materials.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable law provides those rights. Some records may be retained when needed for security, payment, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
International use
The service is intended for mobile application teams in the United States, India, China, Europe, and global organizations. Data may be processed in countries where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
